Loop Proxy

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with Loop Proxy (the “Application”). The Service Provider makes the Application available as a free service on an “AS IS” basis.

Information Collection and Use

Downloading and using the Application involves the collection of information. The information collected may include:

The Internet Protocol (IP) address assigned to your device
Pages you open in the Application, when you visit them and how long you spend on them
The amount of time you use the Application
The operating system running on your mobile device

Precise location information about your mobile device is not gathered by the Application.

The Application collects device location information to help the Service Provider establish your approximate geographical location. That information is used for the following purposes:

Geolocation features: location information supports personalized content, relevant recommendations and location-based services.
Analysis and improvement: aggregated, anonymized location information helps the Service Provider understand user behavior, recognize trends and improve the Application.
External services: anonymized location information may periodically be sent to third-party services that assist in improving the Application.

Information you provide may be used by the Service Provider to contact you occasionally with important updates, required notices and promotional messages.

To improve your experience, the Service Provider may ask for certain personally identifiable information while you use the Application. Such information will be retained and used in accordance with this policy.

Third Party Access

Periodic transfers to external services for improving the Application and the Service Provider’s service consist only of aggregated, anonymized data. Your information may also be shared with third parties under the circumstances described in this policy.

Information provided by users or collected automatically may be disclosed by the Service Provider:

where disclosure is legally required, including in response to a subpoena or comparable legal process;

to trusted providers acting on their behalf, provided those providers have no independent use for the disclosed information and agree to comply with this policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application through your device’s removal options or the app store.

Data Retention Policy

User-provided data will be kept by the Service Provider throughout your use of the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. Requests to delete user-provided data can be sent to flayingeast@gmail.com and will receive a response within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to request information from, or direct marketing toward, children younger than 13.

The Application is not directed at anyone under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children below that age. If it learns that a child under 13 supplied personal information, it will remove that information from its servers. Parents or guardians who know that their child supplied personal information should contact flayingeast@gmail.com.

Security

Protecting the confidentiality of your information is important to the Service Provider. Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are provided for the information it processes and maintains.

Changes

The Service Provider may revise this policy periodically and will communicate changes by updating this page. Continuing to use the Application is considered acceptance of those changes. Please check this policy regularly.

Your use of the Application constitutes consent to the processing of your information under this policy, including subsequent amendments.
